Lounge, woodburner, T.V. (digital free view) and dvd player leading to large conservatory with cane furniture.

Kitchen/dining room, T.V. rayburn, electric cooker, american style fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and farmhouse kitchen table. Cloakroom with wc/whb. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1, kingsize bed. Bedroom 2, double bed. Bedroom 3, bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle/wc/whb.

Above the first floor in the attic, is a gymnasium with wall mounted LCD T.V. (access is via pull down steps). Please note these facilities are used by residents at their own risk. Large garden with patio, table and chairs and built in BBQ. Ample parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. 3 p.m. takeover.
