👋 MEET THE COACH — HARRIS DONALD 🧤⚽

We’re delighted to welcome Harris Donald to the Clutch Performance coaching team!

Harris is a current Dyce FC goalkeeper, having previously played with Newmachar United Juniors, and brings plenty of current playing experience into his sessions.

Away from football, Harris is currently studying HND Business Management.

Harris will be delivering goalkeeping sessions at Dyce, helping young goalkeepers develop their technique, confidence and enjoyment of the position.

👋 MEET THE COACH — ASHLEY MILNE 🧤⚽

Meet Ashley Milne, another member of our Clutch Performance coaching team!

Ashley is the current Montrose FC Women goalkeeper and previously played for Inverurie Loco Works.

She also has experience in disability sport delivery, helping her create sessions that are welcoming, adaptable and enjoyable for players of different abilities and experience levels.

Ashley will be delivering sessions at Stewart Park, Hilton, including our girls-only goalkeeping and outfield sessions.

👋 MEET THE COACH — MAX BLACKWOOD ⚽

We are delighted to introduce Max Blackwood to the Clutch Performance coaching team.

Max most recently played with Highland League side Banks o’ Dee, enjoying a successful loan spell with their junior team. He also brings playing experience from the USA, giving him a varied football background to bring into his coaching.

Away from the pitch, Max is currently studying towards a Master’s in Accounting & Finance.

Max will be delivering Clutch Performance sessions in Westhill, with a focus on helping players improve, build confidence and enjoy their football.

Our girls-only sessions are designed to provide a comfortable, positive and enjoyable environment for players of all abilities — whether they’re just starting out, building confidence or looking for extra individual development.

Each session is tailored to the individual, working at a pace that suits them with a strong focus on confidence, enjoyment, learning and feeling comfortable on the pitch - all delivered by a current SWPL1 player.

Players will also receive FREE homework sheets to keep learning and practising between sessions.

Spaces are limited, with each player securing their regular weekly slot for the full block.

Every session is tailored to the individual player, delivered at their pace and built around what they want to improve — with a big focus on learning, confidence, enjoyment and development.

Players will also receive FREE homework sheets to help continue their learning and development away from the pitch.

Sessions are delivered by our team of SFA & UEFA-qualified coaches, with current playing and coaching backgrounds across Scottish Premiership academy, Highland League, North of Scotland Football League and women’s football.

Spaces are limited, with each player securing their regular weekly slot for the full block.
