If you're a woman that lives outside of her home country, you've faced the same challenges as me.
You meet a lot of people in the first few months.
A lot of them fade away as you move forward in your journey.
It's incredibly challenging to meet new people the older you get.
It's even more challenging when you're also trying to focus on yourself and build a body and life that you're proud of.
But that's what will really fill your cup.
Not the endless partying.
Not the Friday nights that roll into Sunday morning.
Not the friends that you can call for a drink but not for a sofa to sleep on.
Your home isn't the city you live in or even the people that surround you.
It's your body. Wherever you go, there you are.
So you should probably build a capable body that you're proud of?
If you are also living abroad and you resonate with this post, leave a â€ïžâđ©č in the comments and let's connect âš

I get it, the month of August is the peak of summer.
And most of you don't want to be worrying about fitness.
You've been on a couple of boozy European weekends.
You've been out enjoying the sunshine with friends.
Maybe you've got a final big blowout holiday still to come.
There's nothing wrong with enjoying this month.
But what happens when September comes around?
The feelings of regret start to creep in. The guilt that you ate too much, drank too much and walked past the gym multiple times with zero intention to actually go inside (you were probably on your way to drinks by the canal, I know).
I don't want you to feel guilty. What's done is done and who knows how many summers we have left if the temperatures keep rising (kind of joking, kind of not).
I do want you to make a plan for the last three months of the year. All of those things that you said you were going to?
It's not too late to do them. But admit to yourself that it didn't go very well so far because you weren't specific enough about the actions needed to get you there.
Whether it's a Hyrox, marathon or simply getting into the best shape of your life....
You can decide you're so back at any time.
Now, if you want to genuinely do what you said you'd do in 2026, let's get to work. Message me the word BACK.

I've spent too many holidays saying that this will be the last time.
The last time I hate myself in a bikini.
The last time I cringe at a photo of myself.
The last time I crash diet before a holiday.
The month before the holiday, you tell yourself that you've still got time and you'll sort your habits out, eat better and finally make an effort to get in shape.
The week before the holiday, you mass order bikinis and tell yourself that the right shape or the right colour will help you to feel more confident.
The day before the holiday, you finally look yourself in the eye and admit that another summer is here and you've not changed a single thing.
You still don't like yourself in a bikini.
And you spend another holiday cringing at how you look, how you feel and how you didn't follow through on your promise to yourself yet again.
The bad news is that yes, summer 2026 is already here.
The good news is that once this holiday is over, you have 12 months to make this the last summer that you kind of hate yourself in the bikini.
Trust me, strength training (and finally taking your goals seriously) will change how you show up everywhere, not just on the beach.
The link to join my 1:1 coaching team this September is in my bio. Kinda chic this holiday to say it's the last time and mean it.
