Back to practice.
After a month away — quieter, slower, a little further from everything — September feels like an invitation to gather again.
To return to the mat.
To return to rhythm.
To return to what we cultivate together, practice after practice.
There will be many ways to meet over the coming months: two workshops in September, a deeper immersion in October, a retreat in November, and our regular classes across the beautiful Parisian studios I feel so grateful to teach in Bandha Studio Yoga Village Paris My Ginger Lulu'z Studio 💒
And the Community Classes are back too — starting Wednesday 2nd septembre at 7pm.
An accessible weekly practice, open to all, for €10.
Whether we have practiced together for years or have yet to meet, you are welcome.
A new season of practice begins.
See you on the mat ♾️

Every beginning asks something of us. Not certainty, not confidence, only our willingness to take the first step. We often wait until we feel ready, but beginnings have a way of teaching us what readiness could never offer. They invite us into the unknown, where we meet parts of ourselves that comfort could never reveal.
There’s a quiet courage in starting again. In allowing ourselves to be a beginner. This reflection was inspired by Oriah Mountain Dreamer’s beautiful Meditation for Beginnings. Now available on my YouTube channel.
May we honor whatever is beginning is us.

Between what we wish to hold onto and what we are afraid to face.
Between the person we have been and the one slowly emerging.
This meditation is an invitation to remain within that passage without rushing toward an answer.
Through Nāḍī Śodhana, we balance the two currents of the breath. Through the yogic practice of witnessing, we observe rāga and dveṣa — attraction and aversion — without immediately obeying either.
Not to suppress what we feel, but to let emotion become awareness.
To return to the middle path.
To the quiet centre from which the next step may reveal itself.

THE INNER LANDSCAPE
17 & 18 oct 2026

Some aspects of the practice need time.
Time to observe.
Time to ask questions.
Time to experience what cannot be understood through movement alone.
The Inner Landscape is a two-day immersion designed to deepen your relationship with the practice—through āsana, breath, philosophy, anatomy and thoughtful exploration.
Hosted at the beautiful Satnam Montmartre, a peaceful sanctuary tucked away in the heart of Paris, this is an invitation to slow down, refine your understanding, and reconnect with what lies beneath the surface.
I would love to practice with you there.
Registration is now open, find the link in bio with all info.

« It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, ‘Yes.’
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments. »

To be taught is not to be told what to do. It is to be seen.
To have someone notice the places where effort becomes tension, where uncertainty appears, where breath gets lost and where possibility begins.
A good adjustment is not about changing a shape.
A good cue is not about giving more information.
They are invitations to feel more deeply.
Teaching and learning meet in that space of attention.
A hand on a shoulder.
A few simple words.
A moment of recognition.
And perhaps, through that seeing, you begin to see yourself more clearly too.

There is an entire landscape within us. A terrain of sensations, breath, memories, patterns, intuition, resistance and possibility. Often we move through life from the surface, through thoughts, habits & reaction. Yoga invites us into a different relationship with ourselves.
The Inner Landscape is a 10-hour immersion training exploring the body as a gateway to awareness. Through Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy and Subtle practices, we will learn to listen more closely, refine our perception and cultivate a practice that extends far beyond the mat.
This training is for practitioners and teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga - not as something to achieve but as a lifelong exploration.
