A quiet, sacred pause before everything changes.
Jesus gathers with those he loves most… knowing what is coming… and still choosing presence over fear, intimacy over withdrawal, love over self-protection.
There is something deeply human here.
He doesn’t perform divinity…
He shares bread…
He pours wine…
He sits at the table.
And in that simplicity… he reveals something profound:
🙌🏼 Love is not abstract… it is enacted in the ordinary
🙏🏼 Devotion is not loud… it is steady, embodied, offered
💝 And even in the presence of betrayal… love does not retract
There is love…unconditional…
There is confusion…unsettling…
There is betrayal already in motion…undoubtedly…
And still…
Jesus stays open.
The Last Supper is not just something that happened…
It is something we live.
Every time you:
– sit at a table with someone and choose presence
– offer yourself honestly, without armor
– sense something uncertain… and stay anyway
– give love… without controlling the outcome
You are in that same field.
Ask yourself:
__Where in my life am I being asked to stay open… even when it feels vulnerable?
__What am I holding back… that is actually ready to be shared?
__Can I trust the sacredness of a moment… even if I don’t know how it unfolds?
There is something quietly radical about that night…
No spectacle… no defense… no certainty of return…
Just bread… wine… and a man choosing love until the very end.
And maybe that’s the whole teaching…
Love…
even here…
especially here.

Happy season to all, and to all a great time ✨
…and it’s been a while for some of us, hasn’t it? Hi 👋🏼
I’ve been mostly off posting for a number of seasons now.
Not gone — just living, and staying connected beyond the grid.
I love a good tête-à-tête, eye-to-eye, exchanges by a cozy fire, meaningful conversations…the kind that can absolutely stand in for posting and scrolling. There’s been so much joy, growth, and life happening well outside these squares.
Pausing here to send warmth, presence, and quiet truths, held among loved ones.

Grateful — for the incredible people who walk this journey with me, for the lessons that challenge and shape me, for the permissions I’ve granted myself to grow, and for the opportunities that have invited me to evolve.
Life, as it is, is exactly the one I need. There’s beauty in desiring what I already have, in trusting that each moment unfolds with purpose. Today, I am reminded that each day is the best day—an opportunity to own, not with worry or regret, but with presence and peace.
Yesterday’s mistakes have done their work. They don’t belong in today. Instead, I welcome this new dawn as a gift, brimming with possibilities I don’t want to squander. Today is mine to embrace, a chance to honor my journey, cherish those around me, and live with a spirit of hope and positivity.
…walking forward, grounded in gratitude and open to the abundant blessings life offers—exactly as they are.

‘Warning: Do Not Open for 10,000 Years.’ 🚪😅
Me: “Alright, I’m opening it this time.”
Also me: *nervously taping extra caution signs to the door, installs a deadbolt, a chain lock, and one of those hotel door stoppers* ‘Maybe I’ll deal with that tomorrow… or in another millennium.’ 🤷♀️🕰️ “✨
Because let’s face it: self-work is less about timing and more about the courage to peek behind that door, day after day... 💁♀️✨…”✨ …even if you’re still worried about what’s behind Door Number 3. ✨
And now also me: “What is behind door number 3?!” 🫢😬🤓🤪🤓
