Dear Team Managers,
We are pleased to announce the mandatory briefing sessions for the 50th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s, which are set to take place next week.
Your presence on the scheduled day is essential, and please note that there will be penalties for non-attendance.

Monday, 23rd March: Women's, 18-U21, U18 Girls and U18 Boys
Tuesday, 24th March: Men's Main Cup Competition

⏰ Daily Schedule:
3:00 PM: Registration Opens
6:30 PM: Managers Briefing Begins
(Team packages will be distributed only after all criteria are satisfied)

⚠𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
1. Original payment slip or a clear electronic copy.
2. Mandatory Photo ID (Voter ID or Driver's License).

Please note that representatives from FIRCA, the Fiji Elections Office, and FNPF will be present to assist with issuing ID cards (conditions apply). If you require this service, ensure you bring a Birth Certificate and Passport Photos.

Our 2025 defending champion Devo Babas was one of the teams that booked a spot for the tournament. We kept their spot and gave them time till the final day of Team Registration, Monday 5th January 2026 (tournament week).

This is to confirm that Devo Babas failed to pay a deposit or registration fees for our 4th Fiji Bitter Labasa 7s which is also the 3rd leg of the Fiji Bitter Sevens Series 2025 - 2026.

Your title as a Defending Champion does not guarantee your place in any sevens tournament including the Fiji Bitter Sevens Series. Every team are required to pay their Fees like any other grassroots teams and it’s on a first come first serve basis.

This issue has nothing to do with our Major Sponsor Fiji Bitter and our Sanction Partner Fiji Rugby Union.

This is a team management issue that should be dealt on within their team.

Team Devo Babas also booked for the 2nd Leg at the Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s in December last year but failed to pay their Registration Fees.

We therefore suggests to their team management and their fans to assist the team financially with their registration fees rather than posting and commenting on Social Media.
