Good news from Air Pacific - ban on transporting shark fins. Honestly it could be worded a bit better, it has a grey area around confirmed sustainable sources, but hey - it's a big step in the right direction

Tsunami warning warning is now cancelled for Fiji - good news. It is a bit weird that we only watched that film "Impossible" last night about the Tsunami in Thailand though. Maybe tonight we should watch one about being lottery winners!
For anyone that sees a tsunami warning out for Fiji today - don't panic! Mag 8 earthquake in Solomons so warning issued, but they don't yet know whether a tsunami has even been generated. If it has, should get to fiji about 4pm local time, and will be coming from the North West. Selfishly - where we are is protected from that direction, but fingers crossed for other parts of Fiji.
