We are seeking motivated and team-oriented Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our Pathways program for the 2027 season. Working under the guidance of the Club's Performance Manager, successful applicants will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of strength, conditioning, reconditioning, speed, and agility programs in line with the Tigers' Long-Term Athletic Development (L.T.A.D) model. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven coach to develop their skills within a supportive, high-performance environment while contributing directly to the athletic development of our pathway athletes. Please note these positions are primarily honorarium-based, with the potential for future paid employment opportunities within the Brisbane Tigers organisation for the right candidates.
Applicants must hold, at minimum, an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach Accreditation and a valid QLD Working with Children Check (WWCC). Candidates who also hold Level 1 Sports Trainer qualifications and/or have previous experience within a team sport setting will be highly regarded. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, self-motivated, and genuinely committed to their own professional growth as well as the development of our athletes. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
