There is just 2 weeks to go until the Commonwealth Games take place at the SEC in Glasgow, Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The competition sees 14 weight classes, seven weight classes each for males and females, go head-to-head for a Commonwealth Games gold medal. 🥇

OFFICIAL NOTICE – FIJI AMATEUR BOXING ASSOCIATION (FABA) ⚠️

The Fiji Amateur Boxing Association (FABA) wishes to advise all registered clubs, coaches, boxers, officials, and members of the public that "60 Second Scraps" are not sanctioned FABA events.

Participation in any unsanctioned boxing event is contrary to FABA's commitment to athlete safety, proper governance, and the integrity of the sport.

Accordingly, any registered FABA boxer, coach, official, or club found to be participating in, officiating at, or facilitating unsanctioned boxing events may be subject to disciplinary action under FABA rules. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspension from FABA activities and competitions.
• Ineligibility for selection to national representative teams.
• A ban from participating in future FABA-sanctioned events.
• Any other disciplinary measures deemed appropriate by the FABA Executive.

FABA remains committed to providing a safe, regulated, and internationally recognised pathway for all amateur boxers in Fiji. We encourage all members to participate only in FABA-sanctioned competitions and activities.
