Wednesday 26.8.26 – AM Gym
We haven’t posted in a while, but our crew have continued to show up and put in the work.
Coach has been busy with a few workshops and is looking forward to getting back into the gym routine and joining the team again. In the meantime, a big thank you to Keenan and the rest of the team who continue to show up regardless.
It shows discipline, commitment, and the eagerness to keep getting better. Awesome work, Keenan!

| Konataci Records Season's Best in Combined Discus Final
Fiji lone para-athlete Sitiveni Konataci delivered a season's best performance in the men's discus throw F42-44/F61-64 final, recording a throw of 27.54 metres at the Commonwealth Games.
Competing in the F42 classification, Konataci earned 302 points under the event's combined scoring system, which ranks athletes from different sport classes based on performance points rather than distance alone.
His effort saw him finish ninth overall in a highly competitive field while also marking his best throw of the season.
