A PROUD MOMENT FOR KERRIE SAMO
Huge congratulations to Kerrie Samo on reaching another important milestone in her refereeing journey, taking charge of her 1st Skipper Cup Marama match as the woman in the middle, officiating the clash between Lautoka and Rewa. 💪🏽🟨🟥
Stepping into the middle at this level takes courage, confidence and commitment. Every referee starts somewhere and every match brings new lessons, challenges and opportunities to grow.

A special vinaka vakalevu to our senior referees, Adi Titilia and Serah for being there on the sidelines to support, encourage and guide Kerrie. This is what referee development is all about, experienced officials helping the next generation find their feet and build confidence.

Kerrie, maintain the momentum. Take the positives from this first experience, identify the areas that need improvement, learn from your weaknesses and continue working hard. Mistakes and difficult moments are part of the journey, what matters is how you learn from them and come back stronger. Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep striving for your best.
This is only the beginning. The whistle is in your hands now, keep moving forward!

"Life of a 15s game Middle Man

He was appointed to do the job to be 100% fair man inside the field.

He focus few days before the main game only his family and REFEREE family SUPPORT HIM.

During the game day he squeeze inside a pack stadium, he saw everyone smiling and cheering waiting for his game to take the Pitch.

He go do his briefing and Warm up, He wear his uniform,He bow down and Pray DEAR LORD PLS HELP ME THROUGH OUT THIS WHOLE GAME, ITS A HARD JOB KOZ WHILE IM DO MY JOB I HEAR MY SWEARING AT THE SAME TIME...see more...

He think about him and the big job he ready to do he try to cool like ice to fulfill both team & SUPPORTERS dream😪

He run inside the field he TRUST his team will help him, He think about his family again,He feel nervous pressure umm i dont know,Another pray God help me with Law of this game,Time on he blow the Whistle to Kick Off.

Dear Spectator dont forget he only have 2 eyes.
