Coffee shouldn’t taste bitter, if it is, quality is questionable. I am not a big fan of flavoured coffees, no need to mask your coffee. Coffee should be savoured and enjoyed in every sip. The taste of every sip should linger in your mouth leave you with wonders trying to navigate the complexity and the aftertaste. Even the aromas of different coffees differ from one another. So, our mission at Sunday Coffee Roasters is to let all coffee lovers out there to experience and discover the true authentic flavours of naturally grown coffees. Our coffees are naturally grown in the highest mountains of beautiful Ethiopia, from ancient coffee trees, carefully selected and roasted with passion in small batches here in our coffee shop.
