When it’s a choice of training vs spending time with my kids
I choose the kids every time
I’d much rather do that
Doesn’t mean you don’t train or can’t train
They’ll cherish the memories of someone who looks after themselves a lot more than someone who doesn’t
It’s not easy, you won’t always want to do it and there will be missed days
In my eyes you’ve got 3 options
1)wake up early and do it before they’re up
2)do it after they’ve gone to sleep at night
(This doesn’t work for me😂)
3)do it on your lunch break, much easier if you work remotely and can work from a gym or at home
Morning is key for me, and days where it doesn’t I’ll try make number 3 work for me
Night time never works for me
But everyone is different - you just need to find a way 👊

There’s a hard way and an easy way of doing anything
I had 70 amateur fights and 23 as a pro boxer
Like all fighters, dedicated my life to my craft
My 2 highest purses were £9k and £10k (35% of that got paid out too🙈)
The worst fight and boxing performance ever seen in boxing history took place on Misfits Boxing last night
This big fat fu**er didn’t train, headbutted and bit his opponent and made £50k 🤦♂️😂😂😂😂
It reminds me a little of the guy that trains 5/6 days a week, 60 minutes plus at a time and is always trying different diets
Random classes here and there and always does ‘something’
But his body never changes shape (maybe gets fatter🙈)
🤩 Then you’ve got the guy who trains 3 days a week
Eats a fair bit of s**t but tracks his calories, hits his protein and never feeling really restricted
He’s dropped 30lbs in 6 months and actually looks like an athlete now
Makes you think 🤔😂
This fella last night is definitely no athlete, but you get what I’m saying
You can’t hate him for it, this is just a different game 🙈
But if you’re contemplating a pro boxing career, put your focus on eating more pies and talking sh*t on social media
There’s money to be made 💰🙈
