Happy International Women’s Day!!!

On 21st January Midlothian Pink Laydeez turned 15! Wow!

So we decided to have a birthday bash (especially since we missed number 10 with covid) and bring out some of those classic character awardz from when we began!
What a fab night it was - 102 in attendance according to oor Dawn on the door! We presented 43 Awardz over the course of the night with Mandy winning Pink Laydee of the Year 2024 and Alex winning Pink Laydee of the year 2025. Congratulations to all our winners!
We had a wee quiz, some bingo hosted by Tracey and a delicious birthday cake from Natalie! We cheered for all our winners, danced to our amazing DJ Colin's tunes and some shots were even consumed...
Of course in true community fashion we raised some money for Breast Cancer NOW with this occasion making an outstanding £1,055.67!!! Thank you so so much to everyone who bought a ticket, donated prizes, helped to organise - far too many to tag - I am forever grateful for what we continue to achieve!

I also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us over the 15 years - our survival is down to all past & present followers!

Well done to all our runners yesterday - some of us managing 2.5km in the snow! Something is better than nothing!🙌🏼
