This week, we hosted an incredible workshop at Barcelona Activa Lidera with Liz Kalnin on a topic that resonates with so many of us: Activating Confidence.
Confidence is something you practice.
Through posture, voice, presence, mindset, and action, confidence becomes a skill we can strengthen every day.
A huge thank you to Liz Kalnin for bringing her energy, expertise, and practical tools to our community.
And thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special.
What is one small action you can take this week to activate your confidence?

Learn. Build. Thrive. Empowering ambitious women to lead with confidence and authenticity.
Just one bold step can open doors you never imagined existed.
Sometimes we think we need a full plan, more confidence, or perfect timing before making a change. But often, what changes everything is simply deciding to move.
Coaching helped me see possibilities I couldn’t see before.
Growth starts with one brave decision.
What’s one bold step you’ve been postponing lately?

Not a standard instagram photo. Random, not edited. Just me who had a chill night on my balcony, reflecting on the past year and I’m low-key proud of how far I’ve come. Future me is gonna be even more proud. And that little girl who used to dream big while listening to her favorite rock album on her walkman is pretty stoked about the progress she’s made, and she’s loving herself a lot.
This is not a perfect video, but it holds a perfect moment for me.
I truly enjoyed tonight. The conversations, the sharing, the learning.
Thank you to everyone who came and showed up as they are.
We had our conversation cards, and yes, we definitely had some favorites. But what stayed with me the most was something deeper.
A reminder that we need to embrace ourselves, and take these moments to truly connect. To be present with each other, in every stage of life.
Women for women. Women for everyone.

I used to think leadership needed a title. Then I found my people. In HLP Voices, peer critique and allyship gave me the confidence to lead cross‑functional projects without waiting for permission. I learned to ask bold questions, invite dissent, and turn feedback into action. Small, consistent choices—clear agendas, named stakeholders, and follow‑up—built credibility faster than waiting for a promotion. If you’re figuring out how to influence from the middle, you’re not alone. Share one step you can take this week — I’ll cheer you on. ✨🤝🔁
