This week, we hosted an incredible workshop at Barcelona Activa Lidera with Liz Kalnin on a topic that resonates with so many of us: Activating Confidence.
Confidence is something you practice.

Through posture, voice, presence, mindset, and action, confidence becomes a skill we can strengthen every day.

Just one bold step can open doors you never imagined existed.

Sometimes we think we need a full plan, more confidence, or perfect timing before making a change. But often, what changes everything is simply deciding to move.

Coaching helped me see possibilities I couldn’t see before.

This is not a perfect video, but it holds a perfect moment for me.

I truly enjoyed tonight. The conversations, the sharing, the learning.

Thank you to everyone who came and showed up as they are.

We had our conversation cards, and yes, we definitely had some favorites. But what stayed with me the most was something deeper.

A reminder that we need to embrace ourselves, and take these moments to truly connect. To be present with each other, in every stage of life.
