curiosity to learn
F: Finish the Loop
A: Anchor the Win
R: Redirect
90% of our decisions are based on subconscious predictive processes.

If I will ever leave you with one trait that I have, it’s going to be this: I have always trusted my vision.
My mom has always told me ypu can be whatever ypu want! that' why I never doubted my ability to learn and apply more than one domain a and that’s what holds a lot of people back.
They need to validate their success. They seek approval, and they seek successful patterns to repeat.
I still remember when I first started creating content on Phonetics in 2019 and most people warned me that no one would ever be interested. They said it’s heavy, it’s theoretical, you need to change it! and play easy. But I insisted on using the term “Phonetics” until people embraced this study. Five years later, I had over 2 million followers, and over 2000 clients from senior management to C-level executives had already changed their lives and the way they speak, forever. And you can literally verify this.
In 2024, I decided to step away from the game. I felt more saturated, and I was at the peak of my success to the point where I had even inspired others to create the same kind of content. It had become so popular in Egypt that the American accent could be structured, and “Phonetics and Phonology” could be adapted as a practical course that improves others’ fluency.
Now I have started a whole new chapter. I have been studying and delving into behavioral psychology. The name itself sounds like a classic, heavy subject from a college of humanities. It’s not trending. But I promise you, I will work so hard until the definition of psychology is brought back to life and until it genuinely enhances other people’s lives, both at work and beyond.
Let them misunderstand. Keep being you
Who are you when there is no one is watching?…

The one who rejected you.
The one who talked over you. The one who didn’t appreciate what you were bringing to the table.
That stings!!
We all have multiple versions of ourselves. One version will be liked. One version will be hated.
or resented sometimes!
People will interpret your silence as arrogance, your confidence as a threat, your boundaries as coldness. You cannot control that. Not one bit of it.
People will constantly interpret our behaviour and see us in different ways and you have zero control over this.
You cannot manage how people perceive you.
So stop performing for others. Stop shrinking down yourself just to fit in ?so people can catch up
..because ultimately, people will still misjudge you.

The only version of you that actually costs you something is the one you abandon trying to make everyone else comfortable.
Stop performing for others.
