Truth: I have days where following a meal plan is easy and fun. I have days when I am crazy excited to go to the gym and full of energy! Days where organizing my meals is satisfying. I also have days where all I can think about is my next meal. Where all I want to do is just cave and eat something freaking delicious. Where meal prepping is the last thing I want to do! And when I have nothing in me to go workout and I contemplate why the hell I signed up for this lifestyle....but that’s when it matters the most! That’s when you have to find deep inside you what exactly your goals are. I have to remind myself that I chose this and this is what I WANT. Showing up everyday even when it’s hard is what’s pushing me closer to reaching my goals!

This prep has not been easy! I am mentally and physically exhausted😅 The last few weeks have made me realize how thankful I am for the people in my life that continually put up with my horrible moods and bad days. There is no way I could have made it this far without them!♥️ I’ve decided that after this show it’s time to take a break and find some balance in life! Looking forward to an amazing weekend with my favorite people and my favorite food😍 Praying for safe travels and a stress free weekend ✝️
