Barbell Leg Press for acro. ➡️ If you just want to get strong and flexible, the circular bar path is fine, I'd you want your pops to get cleaner you gotta make the barbell move like an elevator.
With 70 kg my bare feet actually hurt a bit filming this, so I'd definitely recommend shoes to go heavy.
I'll try and max this one out next week, will be fun to see how far beyond 100kg we can go 💥

Better bench = Better dip 💪
If you already feel your chest a lot in your dips, maybe this will still be true. But it will probably be more true for you, if you never feel your chest work in dips (like me)
Hadn't intended to make this experiment, I'm just doing dad mode minimalistic training and bam, hit a new PR, ain't that nice?
Really fun to see how other people's experiences inherit bodies can lead to new revelations regarding my own. Always learning from how people perceive movement, it's so fascinating 🧬💥🧐
2026 with 2 small kids is so far a good year physically! And emotionally, lots of love altho more stress and less sleep and time to myself...
- No back pain 👍 (not to be taken for granted as a parent)
- bit of knee pain 🦵
- feeling stiffer 🪵
- getting stronger 🏋️
- have competed in the advanced bracket in BJJ for the first time and went 2-2🤼♂️
- ran my first ultra marathon🏃
- got my bench up to my own bodyweight 💪
- hit 4 reps in ring muscle ups without training for it at all. 🤔
Other things as well, but that's already so much more than I could have hoped for. More than anything proud of how my family is doing, couldn't do any of this without them ❤️❤️❤️ .studio
