Full report from Varberg now online: Thomas Hansson-Mild has won his 17th Swedish national title after a close fought event at Varberg from 20-23 August, hosted by Varbergs Segelsällskap. Early leader, Niklas Edler had to settle for second with Daniel Björndahl taking third.

Thomas Hansson-Mild has won the Swedish OK Dinghy Championship again after dominating the final day in Varberg with three race wins from three races, in a light to strong building breeze. Niklas Edler had to settle for second with Daniel Björndahl in third.

Varbergs segelsällskap - VSS

Niklas Edler has extended his lead at the Swedish OK Dinghy Championship after two more races on Saturday at Varbergs Segelsällskap. He convincingly won the opening race in very light winds before the wind died for two hours. When it came back in the race started in 10-12 knios but quickly increased to 20-24 knots. Daniel Björndahl led all the way to win and move up to second with Mikael Björndal now in third. Up to three races are possible on Sunday, with one more needed for a discard.
