A commanding victory over FCA Darmstadt in the qualifier secured a place in the final against CLK Karlsruhe. After defeats in the group stage and Qualifier 1, the Lions delivered when it mattered most – winning the biggest game of the year and claiming the title!

Match report: Kiel Lions vs KSV Kings

Kiel Lions delivered a dominant all-round performance to defeat KSV Kings by 161 runs in the DCB T20 Bundesliga 2026.

After being put in to bat, Kiel Lions posted a formidable 274/4 in 20 overs, led by Delawar Khan’s sensational unbeaten 126 off 40 balls and Abdul Samad Stanikzai’s outstanding 83 off 49 deliveries. Their partnership laid the foundation for one of the team’s highest totals of the season.

In response, KSV Kings were put under pressure from the outset and were restricted to 113/9 in 20 overs. Delawar Khan completed a remarkable all-round display with 4 wickets for 17 runs, while Naib Khail provided excellent support with 2 wickets for 5 runs.

The comprehensive victory was built on explosive batting, disciplined bowling, and outstanding fielding, keeping Kiel Lions firmly on course in their Bundesliga campaign.
