This programme offers an innovative, body-based and psychologically informed approach for professionals in adult education, youth work, universities, VET and schools. It focuses on intercultural communication, leadership presence and group dynamics.

As we are currently developing our programme for 2027, we would also be pleased to invite you to a short online meeting. This would allow us to understand your specific needs and explore tailored training formats or cooperation opportunities for your staff and learners.
We would be happy to discuss possible Erasmus+ collaboration formats, including staff training, expert visits or customized group programmes.

This one-week immersive course offers practical tools for professionals in education, social work, health, therapy, culture, and group facilitation — welcoming all bodies, styles, and experiences.
Through movement, live music, communication, and group experience, the course strengthens presence, intercultural competence and embodied leadership.
For staff and students from Erasmus+ accredited organisations, participation can be fully funded through Erasmus+ mobility grants.

What if team building could feel like real joy and discovery?

What if you found yourself in a special space — with powerful live music and a group that supports and appreciates you, simply because you are there?

“Creative Methods and Movement for Self-Confidence and Team Building” by Tanz der Kulturen e.V. offers a unique, embodied approach using movement, music, and real human connection.

This course is about:
