For dancers, by a dancer 🩰
GYROTONIC® method is created by Juliu Horvath, who used to be a principal dancer at Houston ballet company.
He wanted to rehabilitate himself from his own injury and that’s how this developed. He said he never wanted to teach, but people kept asking him what he was doing, and he was just telling people how he got better.
I find this method the most closest to ballet and dance that accommodates towards the profession.
It’s one of the best cross training for dancers and high atheletes in general.
Come try it dancers 👯‍♀️
