I love teaching this course, probably one of my favorites 😍 and I realise every course that this machine has so much to offer for young to elderly, or high sports atheletes to business man.

Over the past few days, there was a big change in GYROTONIC® company, which made the community question and have an unsettled atmosphere.🌀
I’ve planned this gyrotonic trainer get-together months ago and it was a great moment actually now to get together and talk about our thoughts and exchange🌸🙏🏼
I’ve always wished for more exchange and collaboration with trainers in your own city, since GYROTONIC® community is anyways so small ! we don’t always have to be a competition but some people think differently.
I was glad at least to have some trainers here at my own studio
Together and do some drinking and talk about arch and curl 😆🥂
