Apparently making friends as an adult is just turning up to the same class and experiencing the same suffering together 😂
As a mum, I find it’s so easy for friendships to be built around your children — the nursery or school drop-offs, waiting outside ballet class, the witching hour at the park.
But this is different. This is turning up for yourself and finding friendships that are actually for you.
Whether you’re 20 or 40, a mum or single, working or not, you’ve all chosen to be there for yourselves — and that already gives you something in common.
Come for the workout, stay for the chats, laughs and shared suffering 🤝🤍

Want strong glutes? These are 4 of my favourites 🍑
Hip thrusts
Bulgarian split squats
Squat press
Sumo deadlifts
3–4 sets | 8–10 reps
Choose a load that makes the final reps challenging while maintaining good technique and control. 👌🏼
Prioritise progressive overload over time — build your reps, then increase the load. That’s where the progress happens.💪🏼
Which one are you adding to your next workout? 👇🏼
DM me ‘GLUTES’ if you’d like some help with your technique 🤍

A little gym-mum check in 👀🤍
We’re usually pretty good at looking after everyone else… sometimes we need reminding that we matter too.
And those little eyes are watching what we prioritise — let them see that Mum’s health matters too 🫶🏻
Send this to a gym mum who needs the reminder 🤍
All before 5pm 🤪☀️💪🧸🍷
Now it’s time to switch off, actually enjoy a glass of wine now both are asleep, and enjoy the weekend.
Happy Friday! ✨

It’s not always about taking away. Sometimes it’s about building more. 💪🏼
This is 8 years apart.
Back then, my goal was to be as small as possible. I barely trained upper body because I thought getting leaner (ie hours of cardio and just glute training) would give me the shape I wanted.
What I didn’t realise was that my waist was probably never going to get much smaller. Instead of constantly trying to shrink it, I started building my back and shoulders.
That’s when everything changed. 🙌🏼
Even after two babies, building muscle has given me the shape I’d been chasing for years. More balance, more definition, and the illusion of a smaller waist—without endlessly trying to lose more weight.
These days, I genuinely love upper body training… maybe even more than lower body. And I love seeing more women coming to me wanting to get stronger too 👏🏼
Comment or DM “STRONG” and I’ll send you my favourite upper body exercises to help build shape and strength. 💪🏼
Turns out keeping your core engaged while remembering which arm and leg to move is a workout for both your body and your brain. 😅
That said, they’re one of my favourite deep core exercises. They’re especially beneficial postpartum, helping rebuild core stability, coordination, and control when introduced at the right stage of recovery. 🤍
Anyone else get humbled by this one? 😂💪

First summer in five years that I’m not pregnant or in the newborn stage… and that realization hit me.
For so long, my body has been growing, nourishing, healing, and giving.
This summer feels different. I’m finally chasing fitness goals that are just for me—choosing strength, movement, and starting to feel like ‘me’ in my body again.
I’m so grateful for everything my body has carried me through, and now it’s my turn to pour back into it. I will forever be in awe of every woman who grows, births, nurtures, heals—and then finds the strength to choose herself again. 🤍
I underestimated this HYROX-inspired workout… 🥵🔥
If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t love taking over the whole gym with multiple stations. But that can make HYROX-style training a little tricky.
This circuit keeps you in one area with minimal equipment while still delivering a full-body burn and getting your heart rate soaring. 😮💨
🔥 5 Rounds
• 20 Reverse/Walking Lunges
• 20 Single-Arm Gorilla Rows (alternative for sled pull)
• 20 Shoulder Press (alternative for sled push)
• 20 Wall Balls
• 10 Burpee to Plate (step-back option if needed, I didn’t have 100 of these in me today!)
Save it, give it a go, and let me know what you think! 👇🏼
So many people trying to lose weight make the same mistake she did.
Four weeks ago, she was:
• Skipping breakfast to save calories.
• Constantly low on energy.
• Unsure what to do in the gym.
• Lacking confidence & routine.
She didn’t need more motivation.
She needed a plan, accountability, and habits she could actually stick to.
So that’s exactly what we focused on:
✅ Eating breakfast every day.
✅ Eating MORE to fuel training and recovery.
✅ Hitting 5–7k steps every day.
✅ Following a structured training plan (plus home workouts).
Four weeks later…
🏋️♀️ Deadlifting 25kg with confidence.
💪 Feeling stronger and more energised.
😊 Enjoying the gym instead of dreading it.
⚖️ 2.2kg down and 7cm off her waist and hips.
The biggest win?
She no longer skips meals, second-guesses herself, or feels intimidated by the gym.
She has a plan she trusts, habits that fit her lifestyle, and the confidence to keep making progress.
Because lasting results don’t come from relying on motivation. They come from consistency with the right plan. And this is just the start 🙌🏼
If you’re stuck trying to lose weight on your own…
Maybe you don’t need more motivation.
Maybe you just need a plan that works for you. 🤍
