It’s been a month since my last progress picture. 50 is around the corner and I realized how grateful I am to be in good health. Seeing the fitness industry completely loose itself into performance enhancing drugs (and that includes TRT by the way in most cases). Seeing fitness influencers and bodybuilders drop like flies for more muscle. I see fitness loosing its link with health. I figured I would get in my best shape at 50 years old to show that it’s possible to get in shape naturally and be healthy.

Just finishing a workout in my new outdoor gym in the jungle and I have some news for you guys! I’m starting to offer personal training in Costa Rica, Guanacaste. You can come to my private outdoor gym in Pura Jungla next to Paraiso, or I can come to your place. Online coaching also available. Get in shape! Build muscle! Loose weight! Improve flexibility.
