Opening your first indoor playground? Ask these five questions before paying an equipment deposit.
1. What exactly is covered by the warranty?
2. Which conditions or components are excluded?
3. Which items are treated as normal wear parts?
4. How will replacement parts be identified and ordered later?
5. Which drawings, checklists and maintenance documents will be provided?
Do not rely only on a verbal promise such as “we provide a warranty.” Ask for the project-specific terms in writing, including responsibility for freight, labor and replacement-part delivery.
The answers may vary by equipment type, installation method, operating conditions and contract scope. A clear written process helps owners compare suppliers on more than the initial price.
