**Why corduroy embroidery is hard**
Corduroy's soft pile swallows thread. Standard machines produce blurry edges; heavy stitching flattens the fabric. The fix is machine precision + higher thread density.

"How do I know this factory will actually deliver quality?"

We hear this question a lot. From new brands on Shopify, from outdoor labels building their first seasonal line, from everyone who's been burned by a supplier that shipped first, fixed nothing later.

Here's one honest answer: watch what they do right before shipping.

In our Dongguan facility, every cap goes through a final check before it's packed. Not a random sample — a full pass, cap by cap, against a written checklist: brim size (±1cm), stitch gauge, loose threads, strap and button fixtures. The sheet has a supervisor signature block and a reject count. Someone is accountable for every piece.

Passed caps go straight into clear bags, then get scanned into numbered cartons (C/NO.298, for example). Each carton traceable to a batch.

Three certifications back it up: ISO9001, BSCI, WCA. 36 years in the trade. Caps shipping to 30+ countries.
