🎾 How to Play Padel — A Complete Beginner's Guide

1、What is Padel?

Padel is a racket sport played in doubles (2v2) on an enclosed court roughly half the size of a tennis court. The walls are made of glass and metal mesh — and you're allowed, even encouraged, to play the ball off them. That's what makes it uniquely addictive.

2、The Court

As shown above, a standard padel court measures 20 × 10 metres, enclosed by 3-metre glass walls on all sides. The court is divided by a net and split into service boxes, just like tennis.

The ball must bounce once on the floor before hitting the glass wall (on the receiving end)
Serve underhand, below waist height, diagonally into the opposite service box
The ball can rebound off the glass walls and still be in play — this is the heart of padel strategy
