As fall slowly approaches, to support you in building or returning to a healthy daily routine, please remember these few «old sayings» that remain relevant no matter your gender, age, or personal situation. They are like vintage clothing: old trends, but still so accurate!
🔸You are accountable only for your actions and words. It is not your responsibility to make others feel secure. No one has the right to blame you for their behavior or speech.
🔸Avoid making decisions and choices out of anger and fear. These extreme emotions are versatile. On one hand, they might be your best friends and be justified due to specific circumstances; on the other, they might drag you in the wrong direction.
🔸 What has been done cannot be undone, even the overwhelming things. Remember, they do not define your true self.
🔸 What goes around comes around. Even when the law of men fails to do its job, the universe and time do. It’s only physics.
🔸 Privacy is a fundamental human right, not a privilege based on gender, power, or, worst of all, money.
Know your worth 🌸🌈🦋

Material things, money, and power offer an illusory sense of safety that can be taken away at any time.
Emphasize human qualities; they last 💜🤍💜 -because one day you might discover that the people you called « friends » disappeared with your assets.
Know your worth 🌸🌈🦋

As my parents are deaf, body language is one of my two mother tongues (French is the second one). This trait, combined with my high sensitivity and knowledge of alternative therapy, helps me pick up on things before they happen. People may call that a “bit woo-woo”.
That’s why I’m excited to share an episode of The Mel Robbins Podcast, featuring Evy Poumpouras about how to spot a liar or a moment of dishonesty based on facts.
Keep in mind that body language often says more than words, but not every gesture means someone is lying. There are many reasons why people might act a certain way.
So, relax, grab a cold drink, and enjoy the episode.
In the meantime, may your “inner woo-woo” guide you! 😉😃🌸🦋🌈

Many people look forward to relaxing and enjoying their summer holidays. But for some, victim of abusive behavior can turn this restful time into a stressful one that adds extra weight to their suitcase, even if it doesn’t look like it from "the outside ».
This post is not meant to be negative or critical. Its main goal is to help you spot patterns that could badly harm your mental and physical health over time.
▪️Harassment can manifest as obsessive thoughts, jealousy, or envy, often stemming from what someone or a group thinks or pretends to know about another person. It can happen at work, in school, or within families. Reasons for harassment can include differences in beliefs, lifestyle, clothing, or appearance (sometimes mistaken for a compliment), social media, or money.
▪️Stalking is a severe form of harassment. It is the equivalent of a hunting race. The stalker believes the other person shares their feelings. This pattern is strongly linked to sexual excitement and frustration. This can involve pursuing the victim at work, in the neighborhood, at school, at events, or in public places, and sometimes pretending to be their partner.
▪️Gaslighting is a serious form of psychological manipulation. The abuser tries to make the victim doubt their thoughts, actions, memories, words, skills, logic, and even their past traumas. The abuser usually denies causing any harm. Gaslighting can occur in families with sexual, physical, and psychological abuse, in toxic workplaces, sports clubs, and neighborhoods.
When people bravely speak out against abuse and try to break the cycle, they are often blamed and seen as outsiders in their community. Abusers may view this as a threat to the group or company. Many abusers share traits such as a lack of personality, fear of being rejected, and a desire to invade and sneak into their victims’ privacy, to the point of breaking the law. Privacy is a basic human right, not a luxury! Setting tools and boundaries are the best ways to protect yourself from feeling overwhelmed, hurt, or overreacting. Sadly, in this XXI century, society still tends to judge the consequences rather than the origin.

For those who understand that love starts with oneself and that there is no longer any need to seek oneself in others’ eyes.
For those who see being alone as a sign of self-respect, health, happiness, and strength rather than feeling lonely and mistreated in a crowd.
For those who rise stronger with a deeper level of consciousness, as the phoenix did.
For those who understand that they are their own best friends, forever….❤️🌸🌈🦋

We all grow and change in our own ways, each following a unique life pattern.
As we progress through life, it is important to remember that, regardless of our experiences, some people around us may choose an easier path for their own reasons or for their own growth.
Keep this in mind: forgive, but don't forget.
What you’ve learned matters.
Remember your value and keep up the good work ✨✨
