Sooo..
Yesterday i’ve had my very first Powerlifting Competition.

I have learnt so much!

I am a total newbie.. atleast thats How it feels like.

For me its important to review my performance honestly and objectively as possible.

Defeat is only occuring once someone gives up.

I made it to 5th place! Out of 6 or 7.

BS: 160 (170kg was not accepted as it was not deep enough!)

Btw this judging was very tolerant.. looking my 160 back.. was very much on the line.. they were nice to me!

BP: 110kg (115kg was not even leaving my chest)

At this point I was exhausted, I was wondering how I will collect my focus and energy for the deadlift.. which I hoped to be my very best performance. It did not even end up good. So..

DL: 190kg
“i did skip 200, because i thought I have like one more rep in me.. I said okay lets go nuts.. and do 210kg. I did already 200 so i dont want to do that. Lets see. It didnt even left the floor. And i said, yep, thats it for me.”

I really gave everything i got. And thats How much that time was in me.

I would like to Thank for the possibility and great event! Also thanks for it was great! I would like to Thank all the participants and Athletes for the cheering and hi5s and spotting and giving all they had.

Huge congrats for the Athletes! Great fight and great spirit!

Special thanks Andi for pointing out the things I need to work on, I definitely embrace it and build up on this positive critics and pushing towards my next level.

Overall I am happy that I did it, I am very fast from satisfied or happy for the results, I am not, and I will never be. Satisfaction is the knife in the throat for hunger.
I want to be better and I learned what I need to achieve that!

My next phase is to put on some muscle. And refine my Techniques to lift more efficient. I know what to do.
