Jetzt ist die perf Möchtest du Kinderyoga in den Unterrichtsalltag integrieren, dann bist du hier genau richtig. Es hat noch Plätze frei. Wichtig: Der Kurs findet nur am Samstag statt.

Yoga erinnert uns leise daran, was wirklich zählt:
Wir praktizieren weder mit dem Körper von gestern noch mit dem Atem von morgen, sondern genau hier – so, wie wir uns in diesem Moment erleben.

Auf der Matte bedeutet Veränderung nicht, weiter zu gehen oder mehr zu tun.
Sie entsteht im Innehalten, im Lauschen nach innen und im bewussten Ankommen im Jetzt. Dort beginnt die Veränderung.
