Statement on Violence and Crowd Trouble at Chahwanda STADIUM

Dynamos Kwekwe Supporters Association condemns in the strongest possible terms ,the appal-ling incidents of crowd trouble that took place at a match Between Hardrock and Dynamos played at Chahwanda stadium on Sunday 24 May 2026.We would like to reiterate that violence and hooliganism have no place in our football,we strongly believe football stadiums must be a safe place therefore football is a beautiful game,violence is totally not accepted ,we must create an environment where we Bring our families to the stadiums and have funny.Upon receiving reports of injuries sustained by our dedicated traveling supporters, the Executive immediately stepped in, providing critical financial assistance to cover medical bills, emergency treatments, and hospital funds for our injured members.
This swift, compassionate, and noble gesture has saved lives and eased an immense burden on the affected families. It proves beyond doubt that our leadership views supporters not just as fans, but as the literal heartbeat and family of this great institution. Ndatenda, Tatenda, Siyabonga!
3. Update on the Injured and Way Forward
We are closely monitoring the recovery of all hospitalised fans. We wish them a speedy recovery and assure them of our continued support during this healing process.
Moving forward, the Kwekwe Chapter will be rolling out internal awareness campaigns to educate our members on match-day safety, emotional restraint, and the importance of maintaining peace, regardless of the results on the pitch.
Conclusion
Let us unite to flush out violence from our beautiful game. We remain fiercely loyal to the Glamour Boys, and we will continue to sing, march, and support our team with dignity, pride, and respect.
