🥋 Thinking about trying karate this fall? There’s a place for you and your family at Cedar Heart!

Kids, teens and adults are now welcome at three locations across Victoria and Esquimalt, and complete beginners are always welcome!

Whether you’re looking for a positive activity for your child or you’ve always wanted to try karate yourself, Cedar Heart offers traditional Wado-ryu karate in a supportive, welcoming environment where students can learn step by step and progress at their own pace.

Training helps students build confidence, focus, fitness, coordination and discipline, while learning new skills and having something meaningful to work toward.

Cedar Heart School of Karate-dō is excited to announce our new karate classes at the Esquimalt-Gorge Pavilion, starting this fall through Esquimalt Recreation.

Classes begin Thursday, September 24.

Kids Karate (Ages 6–12)
Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 PM

Teen & Adult Karate (13+)
Thursdays | 7:15–8:30 PM

No experience is needed, and new students are very welcome. Classes are beginner-friendly, structured, and supportive.

Space is limited, so we recommend registering early.
