Tammy Kovaluk is setting a new Guinness World Record for Kettlebell Swings today at IronHeart Gym in Vernon
, BC.
Tammy has already surpassed the women’s record and more more than half way to demolishing the men’s world record!
What an inspiration!
Dedicating this effort to her friend Rai!
And motivating others to move their bodies to better health!

Guinness World Record Holder, Tammy Kovaluk, joins the Geriatric Warrior to promote her new Guinness World Record attempt in Kettle Bell Swing on June 19, 2026 at IronHeart Gym in Vernon, BC.
Tammy is challenging every person to just move that day.
