With the smoky skies lately, Breathe has been the tea I’ve found myself reaching for most 🫖💨🤍
I created this blend with herbs like Krishna Tulsi, Mullein Leaf, Licorice Root, Peppermint and Marshmallow Root to help support the respiratory system while also encouraging a quiet moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset.
Have you been finding little ways to take care of yourself lately? ✨

One of my favourite things about what I do is creating experiences that bring people together 💕
This past weekend I had the pleasure of leading a lakeside yoga and iced tea experience for Jordin Trueman’s bachelorette 🧘🏻♀️🫖
Thank you so much for inviting me to be part of such a special morning and for sharing these beautiful photos with me! It was a joy to celebrate with you all ☺️
Wishing you so much joy and happiness in the exciting chapter ahead! 🎊

I’ve been a little more off-grid than on-grid lately ⛺️🌲
Just taking a little break to soak up summer, make memories with family, and enjoy all the little moments that make this season so special 💚
How has your summer been so far? ☀️

Afternoon tea is even more magical when it’s shared with little ones 🫶🫖✨
We spent the afternoon at Mackie Lake House’s Teddy Bear Tea Party yesterday, and I think this was our favourite year yet.
The setting was beautiful, with pretty teacups, the gentle sound of a harpist, delicious afternoon tea treats, and thoughtful activities for the kids including story time and a scavenger hunt around the grounds.
One very unexpected guest decided to join us for tea too...Darth Vader himself! Somehow, he managed to fit right in, and I have a feeling this won’t be his last tea party. 🤭☕️
Thank you to everyone at Mackie Lake House for creating such a memorable afternoon and Maria Jeppesen & RAIN DAISY for being part of the experience! 💕
P.S. If you were hosting your own teddy bear tea party, who would your special guest be? 🧸🫖

A little bowl of sunshine ☀️🍋
Bright, refreshing, and naturally uplifting, Melody is a favourite blend to enjoy iced during the warmer months 🙌🧊
Made with organic vana tulsi, lemon peel, lemongrass, green rooibos, and a touch of black pepper, it’s the perfect blend for anyone who loves fresh citrus flavours. Every sip feels like a little burst of sunshine. 🍵✨
P.S. Are you a lemon lover? 💛

It’s a warm one this week, so here’s another refreshing iced tea recipe to help you cool down 😎☀️
This Shuswap Berry Lime Fizz recipe is made with my fruity Shuswap black tea blend, berries, fresh lime, sparkling water, and mint. Here’s how to make it:
☕️ Steep Shuswap double strength (my Breakfast blend works beautifully too) and chill (add your sweetener of choice while hot, if desired)
🫐 Gently muddle a small handful of fresh or frozen raspberries or blackberries in the bottom of a glass
🧊 Fill the glass with ice
🫖 Pour over the chilled tea (about 3/4 full)
🍋🟩 Top with sparkling water, a squeeze of fresh lime, and fresh mint
☀️ Give everything a gentle stir and enjoy!
I first shared this recipe during the Tea & Herbal Association Can. Iced “Tea” V livestream and it’s such a refreshing way to enjoy black tea during the summer months.
P.S. what’s your favourite fruit to pair with black tea? 🍓🫐

One of the questions I get asked most, especially at markets is, “What’s your favourite tea?” 🫖
The truth is, it really depends on the moment. Lately I’ve been reaching for my Soleil green tea when I want something bright and refreshing (it’s also delicious iced on these warm summer days ☀️). Midnight is one of my favourite black tea blend when I’m looking for something rich and grounding, and I’ll never say no to a bold cup of Breakfast tea in a pretty teacup (especially with a warm scone on the side ☕️🍰).
That’s one of the things I love most about tea...different blends suit different moments, so if you ask me again tomorrow, my answer might be completely different. 😜
Do you have one favourite tea, or does it depend on the moment too? 🍵✨

One of my favourite summer tea creations has been this Iced Mango Coconut Chai 🥭🥥☀️
It’s a tropical twist on my bold and spicy Masala Chai, with sweet mango and creamy coconut that balances the warming spices beautifully. Here’s how to make it:
☕️ Steep Masala Chai double strength and chill (add your sweetener of choice while hot, if desired)
🥭 Add 2–3 tbsp mango purée or nectar to a glass
🧊 Fill with ice
🫖 Pour over the chilled tea (about ¾ full)
🥥 Top with coconut milk
💛 Stir and enjoy!
I first shared this recipe during the Tea & Herbal Association Can. Iced “Tea” V livestream, and it’s become one of my favourite ways to enjoy chai in the summer. ☀️
Would you give this one a try? 🙋🏻♀️

Tea and cake have a way of making any celebration feel just a little more special 🫖🎂✨
This past weekend we celebrated my birthday with homemade Victoria sponge cake and a pot of tea. Named after Queen Victoria, it’s one of Britain’s most iconic afternoon tea cakes, made with layers of sponge, jam, and cream. 🍓
P.S. If you were planning your own afternoon tea menu, what cake would have on it? 🍰💕

Thank you Shabnam and Tea & Herbal Association Can. for having me as a guest on this morning’s Iced “Tea”V livestream! 🍹☀️💕
To celebrate Iced Tea Month, I shared two refreshing summer tea recipes:
🫐 Shuswap Berry Lime Fizz: A berry-filled black tea blend mixed with blackberries, fresh mint, lime, and a splash of sparkling water
🥭 Iced Mango Coconut Chai: A tropical blend of bold Masala Chai, sweet mango, and creamy coconut
One of the things I love most about tea is how a single blend can be transformed into something completely different depending on the season ☀️
Which one would you be reaching for first? I’m spending the afternoon in the sunshine enjoying both 😎🙌
