I became a Certified Life Coach because I wanted to create a safe space for women.

A place where they could sit without judgment.

A place where they could share their hopes, fears, disappointments, and dreams.

I remember walking through tough experiences wishing I had a safe space to share without my feelings being broadcasted in church, or amongst friends and family under the guise of “let’s pray for her or did you hear what happened to Julia?”

A place where they could be honest about where they are and supported as they move toward where they want to be.

Too many women carry heavy burdens in silence while helping everyone else.

My heart has always been to provide a space where women feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Healing is possible.

Growth is possible.

A new chapter is possible.

Sometimes all it takes is a safe space to begin.
