Hi Ruth,

I visited you a few years back to give my stuffed bunny a clean. I’d love to give him a re-fluff and clean again. Wanted to see when you have availability. Thanks! Clara

Hi Clara, I can do that for your bunny.

Have you ever seen 2 elephants watch a dinosaur getting a bath?? Well here's your change.

I would like to ask how long does it take to restore the my dinosaur? I have attached of a photo of his original look in this email. I would like it to get back his fluffy look.
Regards, Zhenhua

Hi Zhenhua, Your dinosaur is ready to go home. He has his spa treatment, grooming & a bit more stuffing. Grooming has fluffed his fur up a bit but most of his long fur has been loved away. What’s left is his short under fur coat.

His elephant friends are watching him have his relaxing spa treatment. Ruth

Thank you for taking good care of Matcha. Thank you for the photos too.

It's another Pooh for repairs: spa & sauna, new stuffing & a new lease on life.

I would like to know if you could fill a handmade crochet stuffed animal? They have given one to my daughter. Recently my mother made it but as she came with her on the plane she could not fill it up. Or if you knew where to do it I would appreciate it.
It would be to fill the head and its tentacles.

Hi Yefte, I can stuff your daughter’s octopus.

Thank you so much. Yefte

Stuffy rehab just got real! 🤣 Three little fluffballs got the works: spa day, massage, and a sauna session. And, of course, a stuffing top-up because, priorities! Now they're ready to get their cuddles.

Rebekah’s favorite ❤️ stuffies were burned in a house fire! She had to wait several months before she could get them from her house. They’d been water logged & gotten mouldy. They were a huge mess but we successfully cleaned them all.

Six little bears were born from one mink coat... because grandma's fashion sense is now a family affair! 🐻👵

Hey Ruth, Thank you for agreeing to perform a little surgery on Mandy. I very much appreciate your efforts - I've actually been trying to find the right person for the job since January. (My uncle Andrew a previous client of yours, referred me!)

I am excited to see how it comes out!

Hi there Dr. Ruth,

I'm looking to get my stuffy repaired. He's a brown bear that's been with me since I was a baby. I figured since my 25th birthday just happened, my gift to myself would be to finally get him taken in for some much needed repairs. I'm not sure if I'm able to find any original photos of him, but most of the embroidery on him is still fairly intact. He also used to have a music box stuffed inside him but it's long since died out and is now just poking out of his thin outer layer. It would be fine now to just remove it and replace it with stuffing and maybe something to give his head a little weight. I want to do as much as possible to restore him to his former glory, so whichever repairs are necessary I'm willing to go with. This is a collective 20+ years of damage from dogs, washing machines, me throwing him around etc.

Hi Nate, He’s a cute bear. I can give him a spa treatment, fix any holes, & give him more stuffing. Would you like to replace the music box? I can get replacements for most tunes. If you want a replacement, let me know the tune & I’ll check it out. Ruth

I believe the original tune was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star?

Hi Ruth it looks great! Love the new music box!

The Daddy and Mummy bears are approximately 69/70 years old, and were given to me as a family of bears, with a baby bear, which somehow went walkabout some years ago. I would like to get new paws on the Daddy bear and a new growler for both Daddy bear and Mummy bear.
The adopted bear came to join them about 2 years ago from Mount Fitchet, Stansted Abbots, UK and needs new eyes and stitching of his mouth.
Any thoughts from your wealth of experience would also be appreciated. Kind regards, Pamela

Hi Pamela, I started to work on baby bear & discovered carpet beetles. There were also some carcasses on the grandpa bear. I’ve put them in the freezer for 3 weeks to make sure they’re all dead . Ruth

Gosh thanks for letting me know about that Ruth and I am so sorry I had no idea about that. Thanks for being careful and cautious, firstly for yourself and secondly for the bears. Pam

That’s no problem. We had carpet beetles on our own stuffies & other things. It was a huge deal getting rid of them & then fixing the damage. You’re the 4th one this year bringing bears in with beetles. Ruth

Hi Pamela, They all got 3 weeks on the be freezer. I think Baby bear was the culprit. The family are now ready to go home. Daddy bear got new paw pads & claws, head tightened & new growler. Mama bear got her head & legs tightened &
new growler. Baby bear got new eyes & nose.
