Do you feel good when you help other people?
Then let them also feel good.
😉
Allowing yourself to receive (insert “abundance” or “the life you want” or “money” or a “partner”, etc.) doesn’t happen from mantras and insight. You build the muscle in micro moments.

Arms up. Hearts open. Something begins to shift.
Yoga in the More from Life retreat isn't just physical practice , it's a doorway. Movement adapted to what you're actually carrying that day. A way of releasing what the body has been holding long before the mind caught up.

Can you be grateful for the good and the bad and know both are a hand reaching out to show you the way?
Feel the emotions. Let them be. Let them flow through you. Look for the lessons. Take another step. Make time to play. Be grateful everyday.

Tell me below what people have said about you that is too much, what they tried to stifle. It’s time for you to “say it louder”. Let’s rewrite that narrative!
Compassion is 100% natural for me, but empathy however was a much smaller voice in my mind. Something, I still struggle with it or completely miss it sometimes. 😅
Compassion meaning you see someone’s struggle, deeply care and take action to help vs empathy where you feel it with them and want to relieve it.
It’s helpful for me to be around empathetic people and learn from them. And also a practice I needed to cultivate to not just hand someone the solution. (What I thought the solution was).
Through a lot of practice and learning, I have worked towards a balance between sharing my natural gifts, meeting people where they are and who they are, and co-creating the right course home with them (when they are asking for help or I’m actually coaching them).
What about you?
I want to celebrate your “too much ness”. Tell me about it below.👇🏼

P.S. I left out my male friends, colleagues and the ones recently walking into my life. You really do attract what you believe. 💞✨

Wounds and beliefs I didn’t even know I was carrying pulled me down into what I like to call “the dark cave of negative emotions”.
That time took me almost a year to get out. Now, it ranges from a few days to a few moments.
But I put in a lot of work to spiral up to this place. I went through it so I can help you collapse time to get through it faster.
When you want help out of that cave, I’m here.

You cannot control anyone or any thing outside of you. You cannot ever really see something from someone else’s perspective because you haven’t lived their life or felt their wounds.
So the reality is, is that they are right, and you are right.
You can either see your environment as against you or for your greatest benefit.
One of my dearest mentors and friends said to me so elegantly something along the lines of: “you are not your experiences and everything you experience is you.”
This is the mirror. You are not the reflection you are the person standing in front of the reflection and so often people are trying to change the reflection and not themselves.
