Early in my career, I thought explaining the diagnosis clearly was enough.

It took me time to realize patients are also thinking about fear, cost, pain, and whether they trust you.

Great communication isn’t about saying more. It’s about understanding what the patient is actually hearing.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes over 25+ years in dentistry.

I’ve hired the wrong people, made decisions I wouldn’t make today, and learned plenty of lessons the hard way.

Now I want to share more of that journey, including what worked, what didn’t, and what I wish I knew earlier.
