How can I be of service today?
I return to this question because it brings purpose back into the life that is already happening.
Service can shape how we listen, how we support someone, how we contribute to a room, and how we care for the people in front of us, regardless of the role we hold or the work we do.
Oprah has spoken about beginning with the prayer “use me,” and I have always been moved by the humility of that idea. It shifts our attention away from proving what we can do and asks us to become more available to what is needed.
When you begin to see your whole life through that lens, meaning appears everywhere. It can be found in motherhood, friendship, community, leadership, and the quiet moments of care that may never be recognized by anyone else.
Carry the question with you today and notice what it changes.
If it lands, save it somewhere you will see again.

One of the things that matters most to me inside SIGNAL™ is how the space is held.
Not only through the frameworks and practices themselves, but through the people supporting the experience alongside me.
This work asks people to listen differently, to slow down enough to hear what is underneath the noise, and to reconnect with a level of self-trust that many have spent years overriding. That requires more than information or insight alone. It requires the right environment, the right support, and people who understand how to guide others through embodied transformation with care and integrity.
That is why SIGNAL™ includes community integration guides and practitioners who help support the experience in a grounded, intentional way throughout the weekend.
If this work has been resonating, applications for the Fall 2026 cohort are now open.
If you have been feeling drawn toward this kind of work, SIGNAL™ takes place September 26–27 in South Surrey, B.C. You can learn more through the link in bio. 10 spots total, 8 remaining.

2 months into 40.
Sensing the threshold that it is.
In awe and gratitude of the beauty of life. How it has unfolded from all the versions I have been and will be.
Celebrating her. All the highs & lows of her story and her courage to allow herself to step into her truth.
To this new way of being.
May I look back on this moment and see that because of the choices I made in this moment, and the thousands of moments that follow, I am her.

Most people have spent years strengthening their ability to think, analyze, and perform under pressure, but very few have been taught how to trust themselves at the same depth.
SIGNAL™ was created to change that.
This weekend is about learning how to move through complexity with greater clarity, discernment, and self-trust, so your decisions are no longer driven by urgency, noise, or second-guessing.
The people who lead most powerfully are not always the ones with the most information. Often, they are the ones who trust their own discernment.
If this is the kind of leadership you are wanting to step into more fully, SIGNAL™ takes place September 26–27 in South Surrey, B.C. Small group: 8 spots remaining. You can learn more through the link in bio, or send me a message.

Most people are taught to override themselves long before they learn how to trust themselves.
Over time, intuition becomes quieter beneath urgency, conditioning, outside opinions, and the pressure to explain every decision logically before making it.
But your signal never actually disappears. It becomes clearer when you learn how to slow down enough to hear it again.
That is the work inside SIGNAL™. Not giving people answers, but helping them reconnect to the part of themselves that already knows.
If this is something you have been wanting to deepen, applications are now open.

The idea for COR™ didn’t come from a single experience. It came from watching the same pattern repeat itself over and over again.
People would leave a retreat or a workshop feeling genuinely changed, only to wonder a few weeks later why it felt so difficult to hold onto what they had experienced. I never believed there was something wrong with the person or the breakthrough. More often, what was missing was the support and structure needed to integrate that experience into everyday life.
That understanding shaped every decision I made when creating COR™. I wanted to build a program that gives people the time, community, and practice to create lasting change instead of relying on a single powerful moment.
If this is the kind of work you have been looking for, the next COR™ cohort begins end of August and we just had 1 spot open up. You can learn more through the link in bio, or reach out.

One of the most meaningful shifts in my life has been realizing that difficult experiences are not always interruptions. More often than not, they end up shaping us in ways that only become clear with hindsight.
When I was younger, I viewed challenges as something separate from the vision I was working toward. If plans unraveled or circumstances became complicated, my instinct was to treat those moments as detours rather than part of the path itself.
But looking back, many of the experiences that shaped me as a leader arrived in forms I never would have chosen. They also seemed to arrive at moments when I felt I had little interest in adding one more thing to my plate.
What stands out to me now is that each of those moments expanded my capacity by asking me to become someone different from the person who first stepped onto the path. When I think about resilience, I think about the ability to stay connected to where I am headed, even when life introduces a few unexpected plot twists. Or, on a special occasion, rewrites the entire script.
These days, when something unexpected shows up, I find myself wondering what is being developed through the experience rather than how quickly I can move past it. That one shift has changed the way I work, lead, and relate to myself when things feel uncertain.
This is one of the many conversations we have in COR™. The next cohort begins in August, and there are a 2 spaces remaining for those who feel drawn to explore this work more deeply. The investment for the program also increases permanently on Sunday.

Insight can change your perspective in a moment, but integrating it into your life takes time. That is one of the reasons I created COR™.
I wanted to build a space where people had the time, structure, and support to integrate what they were learning so that meaningful change could become part of everyday life instead of remaining a powerful experience they looked back on.
The next cohort begins in mid-August and will be the final COR™ cohort I offer this year. If you have been feeling called to deepen your relationship with yourself, strengthen your capacity as a leader, and do this work alongside a small group of people who are equally committed to their own growth, I would love to have you in the room.
I also want to share that the introductory pricing I’ve offered for the first two cohorts comes to an end on Sunday. I chose to begin with a lower investment because I wanted this work to be as accessible as possible while the program found its footing. After Sunday, the investment will increase permanently.
