Oh to be your Maman. ✨❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, the nurturers, the grandmothers, the ones who mother in quiet and beautiful ways.

Today I hold gentle thoughts for those who find this day tender too.

Motherhood has stretched my heart in ways I could have never imagined. To my boys… thank you for making me your mama with the most incredible partner life. 🤍 Grateful.

And the truth is, tonight's Masterclass will be better because of it.

How do you preserve your vibrant energy?

I’m back and movement is on my mind.

What if we moved for our mood?
What if we truly treated our mind as a messenger and movement as medicine?

In Ayurveda, how you feel is information.

Vata energy is creative, free, moving and could  also feel anxious, scattered, unsteady. This energy is balanced by slow, steady strength.
Lift. Ground. Build warmth and stamina slowly with control.

Next we talk Pitta & Kapha but for now,

Maybe the question isn’t
“Should I work out?”

Maybe it’s “What does my mind and body need?”

Now get out there and love that body! ❤️

I had to play with this audio. 😂 Seriously, let's talk stress.

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind —
in Ayurveda, it’s a sign of scattered prana,
elevated Vata,
a system moving faster than it can digest or feel.

It shows up in the mind racing, breath rising toward the collarbones, the shoulders climbing, that subtle sense of hovering outside yourself instead of being rooted inside your body.

So today we practiced returning with four simple cues —

Warmth in the palms.
Softness in the belly.
Heaviness in the body.
Longer breaths.

It's not about fixing but maybe we can soften around ourselves.

Lets shift the question from
“How do I get rid of stress
to
“How do I care for myself in this season”.

In the season of Fall, all forms of warmth will go a long way. ❤️✨✌️

Sunday has always been my favorite day of the week. Less doing, less expectation — and more space. A chance to recharge, that in-between place.

The Sunday strolls have become a ritual. Guillaume would say I only go for the chats and while the vendors are amazing I'd say he knows me well. The boys will join me the minute I say "shaved ice". The best treat, always by . Those house made seasonal sirops are out of this.🌍

This Sunday it was just me and Onyx, wandering + a sweet catch up with who was offering little snapshots of memory for anyone passing by. What a gift — thank you friends! Too good not to share. 🍄‍🟫

Let it air dry. ✨

My Camino bag is almost ready, and this time my beauty supplies are stripped down to the bare essentials: a 2-in-1 wash, wide-tooth comb, sunscreen, toothbrush, floss, and a little jar of oil or moisturizer (haven't picked that one yet).✨

A tiny backpack. Leaving behind most of the daily essentials I usually reach for—hairdryer, concealer, mascara, eyebrow pencil (blond girls feel with me), cheek tint, all my glorious body and face oils. Truthfully, letting go of that simple beauty routine makes me a little nervous. Which is exactly why I’m a little excited about the idea of leaving it all.

There’s something raw, completely new but also freeing, about going completely without for a whole 2 weeks. So here I am offering a sneak preview. 🌿

How would it feel for you to leave your beauty supplies behind for that long?

What would be hard to leave behind for you?

I wanna know! 💗💖💗
