The relativity of time is something that always shows itself most when I’m either having the most fun or when I’m struggling at my worst.
Consciousness In this vast bag of energy, organized and not, is a trip to say the least. Maybe it’s finite, maybe it’s not. I hope that it’s not. That would allow me the hope that maybe love is also eternal. And I found my forever even if that’s the case.
Fate and destiny are pretty cool concepts. 1 in infinity really isn’t a possibility even if it’s mathematically. Technically. It proves something to me. Energy is eternal and thus maybe consciousness is too. Let’s hope.
The energy gives us a playground to play in. It organizes itself so our thoughts can have places to play, things to do and others to interact with. It gives us a body that is finite. Just enough time to find another. My other. My 1 in infinity.

My origin story. Trauma is the what. How is how it affects us. But most importantly is the what we do with it that really defines us as people. Does it make you stronger or better, do you internalize it, or do you use it for good or possibly to do harm to others? Healing the trauma can be a lot of work but also very worthwhile. At least it was for me.

Trans women over 40, if you want to lose fat and build a more feminine shape, focus on these 3 things:
✨ 1. Prioritize weight training.
Don’t be afraid to lift weights. A well-structured strength training program is one of the most effective ways to build the curves you’re looking for.
🍑 2. Train your lower body more often than your upper body.
Aim for 2–3 lower body workouts each week, with a focus on glutes and legs.
🥩 3. Eat enough protein.
So many trans women I speak to aren’t eating enough protein to support their goals. Combined with proper training, adequate protein helps your body build a leaner, more feminine physique.

June 3 1976. Now June 3 2026. it has been a wild ride my friends. the last few years have been so amazing. I used to think there was no purpose to my existence. Now I know it was always to love and be loved, to connect and grow, to become me, and everyday, become more me.
Transitioning is like a marathon. i’ve run 3 marathons and they were way easier but also less rewarding.
