Hi Friends,
With the growing concern with Covid-19 I have decided to cancel my upcoming classes. I've given this a lot of thought because I know how important a routine and mental health can be in times like this.
However, my number one priority is what is best for you. I don't want anyone to stress over if they should come to class or what will happen in the up coming weeks.
I was really looking forward to continuing with those whom I've taught, as well as meeting new friends who are starting.
But, this is temporary. Classes will resume when we know more about the spread and health within our communities.
If you would like to stay in the loop of up coming classes, please let me know and I will add you to our mailing list or watch for updates on our page.
Many virtual hugs!
xoxo Janelle
