Tomorrow 17 Toronto Swim Club athletes step onto the biggest stage in Canadian swimming.
Some are racing at their very first Trials. Others have stood on Olympic podiums, earning medals across three separate Olympic Games. Between them are national champions, varsity athletes, and swimmers chasing lifelong dreams.
From our youngest 14-year-old qualifiers to our most experienced veterans, one thing unites us- we all wear the same TSC cap.
We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete representing Toronto Swim Club. Race with courage, trust your preparation, and enjoy every moment.

It's been a month since TSC hosted the John Grootveld Sr Officials Classic @ UofT!

John Grootveld Sr. was a highly respected figure in Canadian swimming, known for his unwavering dedication as a volunteer official and his leadership within the Toronto Swim Club (TSC). As the club's past-president, he played a pivotal role in shaping its direction and fostering a community centered on excellence and sportsmanship.
In honour of his significant contributions, the Toronto Swim Club established the annual John Grootveld Sr. Officials Classic. This event serves as a tribute to his legacy, bringing together swimmers and officials to celebrate the spirit of competitive swimming that he championed.
John Grootveld Sr.'s enduring impact is evident in the continued success and growth of the Toronto Swim Club and the broader Canadian swimming community. His commitment to the sport and its athletes has left an indelible mark, inspiring future generations to pursue excellence both in and out of the pool.
