This can affect the integrity and strength of your spine, causing low back, hip or shoulder pain. Through therapeutic Pilates, Neesa has rehabilitated high level athletes, dancers, new parents, and those with desk jobs. She has also worked with clients with spinal chord injuries and brain injuries. Therapeutic and fitness pilates sessions are 1 hour and can be done privately or in a group of two. Sessions are tailored to each individual client and build in intensity as strength and mobility is increases. For more information contact Neesa at: [email protected]
