There’s a unique silence that happens in the middle of a packed arena. The music is blasting, the announcer is shouting, and hundreds of people are cheering, but all you can hear is your own heartbeat and the rhythm of your breath. It’s just you and the machine. The sled doesn't care how much you "want" it. It only responds to raw, unadulterated tension and a refusal to stop moving. There is a specific kind of mental shift that happens when you realize that the heavy plastic and carpet aren't the enemy—your own hesitation is. Once you lean into the lean, everything changes.
