Pics from Kino Macgregor’s workshop this weekend at the Ashtanga Yoga centre of Toronto! Kino has always been a big inspiration with decades of experience studying and teaching Ashtanga. Her book the Yogi assignment is a studio favourite. It was such an honour to meet and learn from the best.
