Something new is in the works!! I’m excited to now be offering a monthly online mama’s wellness circle!
An online gathering for mothers seeking greater resilience, honest conversations, connection, and support. Featuring a theme each circle based on the work of neuroscientist & doula Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, PhD & also the work of Dr Peter Levine- the founder of Somatic Experiencing ®
This upcoming date in August will be focused on: Growing Space & Befriending our Nervous System 🌀
You’ll leave this workshop feeling more confident in your parenting choices, more in tune with your bodies messages and unique signals it gives you, we will also practice in the moment strategies to support your nervous system and your little one, along with connecting with other moms in a warm supportive environment.
Ideal for mamas of little ones 0-3 years old, but also open to mamas of all ages!

Come enjoy some grounding movement, and nurture yourself in nature this summer in beautiful Ostrander, just outside of Tillsonburg 📍
This all levels yoga class will feature gentle yoga postures, breath work, and guided relaxation practices to nourish you for your week ahead. Classes taught by Amy Rohrer, Registered Yoga Teacher & Nurture Neurosicence Practitioner from The Nurtured Nest 🪺

Tuesdays, July 7-28th
Class time: 6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $60 full session, $18 drop in

New name, new logo, and dots that have all been connecting this past decade come together today 👏🏻
When I first opened The Yoga Hut in 2017, yoga was the doorway that changed my life.
Over the years, the dots continued connecting to trauma-informed yoga, Somatic Experiencing, nervous system resiliency, nurtured sleep support, motherhood, community, and a deeper understanding of how true healing and growth happen in relationship.
The more I followed the dots, the more I realized this work had grown into something bigger than yoga alone.
That’s why I’m so excited today to officially introduce you to The Nurtured Nest, formally known as The Yoga Hut, and what began as yoga_with_amy on IG!
The Nurtured Nest represents a space where people can land. A place to be supported.
A place to learn, rest, heal, grow, and transform.
Because just like a nest, we all need spaces that nurture us as we build resilience, strengthen our wings, and prepare for whatever comes next.
While the name is changing, the heart of this work remains the same. Thank you for being part of this journey and supporting my business over the years!
I’m so excited for what’s ahead. And to share more with you about my new offerings in the coming days. But for now -
