Don’t wait for your life to change before you change your energy.
Ask yourself: How would I show up today if I trusted that what I’m calling in is already on its way? ✨
Start there.

My page has been quiet lately because I decided to take a break. I’ve been dealing with my own issues, mentally, physically and spiritually, and I decided that for me, I needed to take a step back from certain things in order to make space for taking care of myself.
As I hopefully come closer to a resolution, I feel better prepared to start sharing with all of you again.
Part of that means figuring out how I can serve all of you, how this page can help you to grow closer to the version of yourself that you wanna be.
I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share with you and any feedback or questions you have along the way, I wanna do my best to support you in finding an answer.
For today, I just wanted to pop in here and say hello and I’m excited to start the next part of this journey with you all. 💜

In May, we recognize Women's Health and Mental Health Awareness. Living with reproductive challenges like PCOS and Fibroids can present several challenges, both physically and mentally, as we move through day-to-day life. Today I just want to remind every woman who may not feel her best that the only responsibility you have today and every day is to show up and do the best that you can, no matter what that looks like.

3 Questions to ask yourself if you're struggling to adopt the habits that lead to the changes you want to see.
1. In what ways are you supporting yourself in making this change a part of your normal routine?
2. Do you believe that this change is possible for you?
3. Do you see yourself as the person who embodies that lifestyle?
Often when we start a new habit, mental blocks will show up and do their best to convince us that change is not possible. In order to move from someone who eats healthy sometimes to a person who consistently chooses more nutritious food options, the view we have of ourselves needs to change as well. Who we are is the result of what we continually do.
