Don't be afraid to spend money on concert tickets, theatre and travel. Take the pictures! Of everything. Be afraid of growing old and realizing the only place you ever went was work (even though we love our jobs) and not soaking in the beauty around us. The world is a beautiful place. Take the time to notice it and enjoy it amongst the hustle and bustle of life. I promise, it’s peaceful and always worth it. 💕

The HJ Cody Lakers and Millwoods Royals went head-to-head in a great snow game yesterday. Both teams were competitive and showed fantastic sportsmanship. Here are some early highlights:

This 6’4”, 325-pound wall of power brings the strength of an ox and the heart of a giant, but it’s his never-quit attitude and leadership in the trenches that make him a nightmare for anyone lined up across from him.

Your Sylvan Lake Lakers had an incredible Thursday night lights against the Lindsay Thurber Raiders with a commanding 56-0 win. Congratulations to both teams for a hard fought game. Hopefully it won't be long until we see all teams on the field again.
