Game Times: Saturday August 16th:
9am - Sydney Sooners Vs Sydney Mines Ramblers
11:30am - Glace Bay VS Sydney Mines

‼️⚾️ The LL12 Ramblers are on the road this week as they battle their way to defend their provincial title. ⚾️‼️

GAME ONE for the Ramblers starts tomorrow Monday July 7th at the McCormick field in Sydney.

Major Ramblers Lefty Ace Jack O’Connell comes to the plate with a narrow lead in their Crossover game vs Glace Bay. O’Connell has his team on his back from the mound pitching an absolute Gem. A couple feet short of straight centre; right to his momma (and nearly into my windshield). This kid is something to watch.

The LL12 Major Ramblers are taking home second place in the David Maltby Memorial Tournament ⚾️🥈

🏆 Starting pitcher #6 Lincoln Leblanc is taking home game MVP for a great 4 innings on the mound.

⚾️ #4 Logan Howley stepping on the mound to close us out for the final two innings

We would like to thank Amherst Little League for having us and hosting an awesome tournament. The boys had a great time, played some ball and made some new friends.

It’s great seeing all the teams come together off the field and bond over their love of the game, that is what baseball is all about !

Congratulations to all the teams, it was a great weekend of ball ⚾️🔴🔵

⚾️ DAY THREE: starts off with a battle against Glacé bay in the crossovers.

Ramblers starting pitcher #14 Jack O’Connell pitched 5 and a half innings and 16 strikeouts.

#5 Keefe Day stepped up to the mound to finish the inning, with great defence behind him, some big hits and an amazing throw from outfield to our catcher #10 Jaxon Eyking at home plate to end it, we pulled out a 4-1 win to solidify our ticket to the championship game against Sydney !

🏆 MVP for game five goes to Jack O’Connell. Well deserved Ramblers !!

Ramblers were on the road this weekend playing in the David Maltby memorial tournamnet in Amherst.

DAY ONE:

⚾️ Game one: was a 22-11 win against St John.
🏆 MVP goes to #10 Jaxon Eyking

⚾️ Game two: was a tough 14-4 loss against Sydney. 🏆 MVP goes to #17 Lucas Howley

DAY TWO:

⚾️ Game three: was a great battle against Amherst with Amherst taking the win with a score of 23-16
🏆 MVP goes to #15 Jesse Tobin

⚾️ Game four: went to glacé bay with a 14-4 score to end day two.
🏆 MVP goes to #13 Alexander Young

What a great battle yesterday for the LL12 ramblers. Sydney took the win but only by one run in each game ! 3-2 final score in both game.

MVP and the GOAT chain holder goes to one of our captains #14 Jack O’Connell for pitching an amazing 4 innings.

First heart and hustle award goes to #6 Lincoln Leblanc. Lincoln is an overall utility player, and will shine no matter what position he thrown into. He took the mount in game 2 to close us out!

Second heart and hustle award goes to #4 Logan Howley. Another great utility player, team leader, and quick on his feet behind the plate.

Great job Ramblers; very proud of the hard work and dedication you all show during every time you step on the field ⚾️🔴🔵
